been trying to find a used treadmill for the wife but having a hard time finding one. i've looked in the second hand stores around itaewon without much luck. are there any used sporting goods stores in any of the big markets?
i know the best advice is to join a health club and i have a membership but my wife's schedule doesnt allow her to get to the gym so i thought a home one would be a nice gift. |

Did you check any of those no-frills-type sporting goods stores across the way from Dongdaemun Stadium? Not sure if they carry "pre-owned" stuff, but I got a pretty good deal on some weights over there. Might be worth your while to check it out. |

The noise that a treadmill would make for your neighbours would be quite annoying - especially for the neighbours below. The sound insulation between units in Korea is terrible as it is, so be a good neighbour and don't buy a treadmill.
There are plenty of 24 hr gyms in Seoul. Not too hard to find. |
