|
|
I've been to a couple random shops but none seem to have used phones for sale, any idea where I can get one? I know there was a post on here before about it, but the search functionality ain't working for me.
So any help is appreciated. |

Head to the Yongsan electronics market.
It's a bit tricky to find, but there's an outdoor "alley" of phone shops that carry loads of used phones for prepay service. Or you can just walk around the stalls and ask for a "Card Phone."
To be honest though, prepay is a total ripoff and is really an inconvenience. You'll always run out of minutes at the worst time possible.
If you're here legally and have your ARC, ask a Korean friend or coworker and head to an LG shop with you. No deposit, very, very reasonable monthly plans, English support, etc. |

Well I don't use my phone that much, I use it mostly for text messaging and I've used it before - 20K is usually good for two months or so. I doubt a plan can beat that. |
