My recruiter has lined me up with a job at a public school, as a replacement for a teacher who is leaving. I am almost ready with my documents (just waiting to get my CBC notarization back). The recruiter has advised me that there is not yet a new contract for GEPIK for 2010. She has asked me to send my documents to Korea, even though I have no new contract to sign, and then when the contract comes out, they'll e-mail it to me, and I can sign it and send it to them.
I'm a bit wary of sending my documents, (ie my diploma that I've just had to get reprinted because I didn't get it back from the last school I sent it to three years ago), without first having a contract read and signed.
Would you send the documents? |

Sure, tie a noose around your head while you are at it.
Are you in Korea? If so, what is your situation? Can you transfer visas, do a visa run?
If you are in your home country, you may want to send transcripts and a police check, but for your degree, send a copy with it notarized. Don't send the real thing. The other things can easily be replaced.
You'll have to take a gamble with sending your passport. |
