HOw long until you get a job offer?

I applied to many many universities over a month ago. They're just getting back to me now. I had two interviews in Nov. Two this week and two more on Thursday and Friday.

My question is: how long until they get back to you and say you've been accepted/rejected?

I'm trying to figure out if I should wait until I hear back from the unis, or send in my EPIK docs as soon as I get them.
