No! The doorframes here are laminated not-sure-what-type-of-chip-board. they are not strong enough. I go to the exercise parks and use the pull up bars there. Let korea pay for your workouts. even if its minus 10 and snowing just put on more clothes. You only need to do 10 full reps without swinging 3 sets, maybe once a week. it's better to do super wide pushups legs elevated/weight on the back for pecs anyway.
