Have any of your used paid websites which allow you to download lesson plans? If so, which ones are good? I am looking for a site which allows you to download powerpoints which are good for teaching middle schoolers. I work for a public school and I don't mind paying if the materials are useful.
I need some interesting stuff for winter english camp and have limited time to make interesting lessons. |

Well,
Here is some stuff for free. Not much, but at least a few lessons worth.
www.ralphsesljunction.com
look under PowerPoint Presentations & Prezi Presentations
DDubeul should be by soon. He has a gang-load more than me. |

| I do not know anyone who would bother to pay good money for lesson plans when there are so many free ones floating around on the internet. I would rather have lessons anyway from a charitable teacher than some business. Check out Cubanlord's. Many of the posters here have materials (I do: http://keneckert.com/esl.) Search for Ddeubel's page. Dave's also has a teaching resource section on this site. |

Hi
Thanks for the site.
I guess what I am really looking for is a site full of powerpoints and activities for teaching esl to middle schoolers. Esl worksheets themselves are pretty easy to find. It's the powerpoints I want. I find that my students respond best to visual stuff they can see on the screen |

There is a Daum cafe which holds all of the open class lesson plans and some powerpoints/activities (all in Korean, unfortunately). Your co-teacher probably has access to it, if not, you should register for Daum and check out cafe.daum.net/KEPIK (you need to register with Daum first then re-register to become a member of this cafe )
mediafire.com has some free stuff to for Gepik teachers, pm me for login info
If you are dying to pay for something, barryfunenglish has many visual aids, unfortunately the useful stuff is all in flash. |
