Can a PS teacher legally work part time for a hagwon during vacation? Would immi allow this?

I was under the impression immi would allow a hagwon employee to work part time for a public school (ex. After school program) but not the other way around.

As a government employee (PS teacher) it would be illegal to take the 2nd job (civil service rules).

Would Kimmi allow it = probably not.
