for me, most often before work, sometimes at work and almost never after work (DONE with work for the day, unless there's some off-topic, travel or buy&sell interest I have at the moment)

mostly after...since I'm stuck at this elementary school for 3 spare hours every afternoon....gawd, it's a bore. Thank god for Daves and BBC radio streamed into my head....and a few other sites of course!
