No matter what it is, a Canadian has seen worse or done something better. |

all those minuses and no snow...is it just me? or is this pointlessly cold?
-20 with snow = fun
-10 with brown grass = torture |

Snow in the air at Everland on Saturday.
They also opened the smaller slide at 'Snowbuster'. |

Yes... I really wish you people from Canada (or way up North in the US) would stop saying *it's autumn weather* or *cold? You call this cold*?.
We don't live in the middle of nowhere where the temperatures are low and there are constant blackouts.
Your constant snide remarks about how it isn't that cold is no better than Koreans saying *Korean food is hot, only we can handle it, you waegook will find it too spicy*, totally disregarding the fact that there is far hotter food out there than Korean food.
Quit it already.

Most of the Canadians I know will say its cold outside. Only the annoying ones will say, "Cold? We wear T-shirts in this weather" |

Some of us who are from very cold climates get fed up with hearing how miserably cold it is from every person we meet every five seconds. Yes it is winter. Yes it has gotten colder. Yes the Kimchi is spicy but delicious.
The point is we don't need to be reminded of the temperature all the time, just like we don't need to be reminded every day at lunch that the Kimchi is spicy. |

Yup. If you're going to bellyache every time the temperature drops below 0, we're going to point out that it could be far worse, so put on a hat and get over it. |

Just think, you can get your revenge come summer time by asking us poor sweaty Canadians if it's hot enough for us...

Anyone from Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachussets, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Idaho, or Washington (along with some other states I'm sure I forgot) is used to these temperatures.
-10 Celsius is cold, but nothing to get excited about. Pretty typical for winter. Put a hat and gloves on and you'll be fine.
And it doesn't only get cold in the middle of nowhere, smartsses. Minneapolis, Minnesota, which is a big city in a big metropolitan area, will have a "high" of -3 Cecilius (26 Fahrenheit) and a low of -3 Fahrenheit (-19 C). Many, many Americans are used to cold temperatures. Korea's winters are generally pretty mild. |

Funny to see a Canadian say, "Nah, its not cold" while they are wearing a winter parka designed for hiking Mt. Everest. |

Being able to take the cold doesn't mean being stupid.
You never know when you might get caught out, or have to walk a long ways. Most of us didn't have space to bring half a dozen jackets with us, so we typically brought the "best" one. |
