Every year we do the 'secret santa' thing in our family. Each person draws a name from a hat and we get a present for them and them only(although we also give one to our mom).

The limit is 50 euros but we all go over it. My limit therefore is 150,000 won but I could go 50,000 more. She asked for something 'korean', which is very vague. By coincidence I got the same sister 2 years ago(i have 3 of them) and I got her a jewelry box from a store in Daegu. She liked that a lot. That is my fall back if I don't get any suggestions..train it to daegu and buy her something that matches.

I'm in Daejeon now. I need to buy this tomorrow or day after as I really need to get it posted by wednesday..preferably tuesday.

She is in her early 30s..she is single, unmarried. She is pretty stylish and has just moved to a new house. Any ideas?

JMO, you don't need to go to Daegu to buy them! They sell them in Daejeon. There are several shops in the underground shoppin centre towards the train station.

There are very pretty traditonal lamps, wall hangings, masks, pictures. Any of those will do. I bought my sisters wall hangings/pictures last year and they loved em.

I just bought my mom a handmade stamp with her name in Korean. They have those in Insa-dong. It was W70,000 but they had ones for cheaper and ones that went up to W300,000.
