Those shifts might not exactly be every day. I did something like that last year and I had a choice of morning to afternoon shifts or afternoon to evening. I actually accepted a modified version, going in mornings and then coming back late afternoon. This way I could do adults in the morning and middle school/high school students, avoiding the elementary school students.

Considering there are 3 teachers you should look into it more and find out exactly what the schedule is. You got 2 or 3 teachers at the school to start with. Go in to visit the school and talk to them.
