OK, i've taken a lot of crap from my employer. I finally stood up for myself and told them to back off of me. This all went down between the head teacher and I. One Korean co-teacher witnessed the whole thing. I find out the next day that the head teacher told all of the foreign teachers at work that I "attacked" her.... she actually used the word "attack" A COMPLETELY absurd allegation. She says she will speak with the head bosses about it. What would you do? I don't think I can work for someone who would pull such ridiculous absurdities. |

Wait and see what the bosses do. If you lose your job or receive any punishment, sue the head teacher for slander since it caused you financial damage. All you need is someone to verify that she is telling people you attacked her and she should be finished. Just the threat should scare her off. |

Head teacher is Korean? I've often heard Koreans use "attack" in completely inappropriate and incorrect ways. She probably doesn't mean you physically or verbally attacked her but talked back to her. Get clarification--from the head teacher. |
