I know it's the middle of the night in Korea. But the last day of the Billabong Pipeline Masters is ON being held at Bonzai Pipeline on O'ahu's North Shore starting now.
Zippy's plane lands in about half an hour and if he's smart, he'll get his rental car checked out while they're unloading the luggage, so he can pick up his bags, drag them over to the car and head north to at least catch a couple of heats, maybe the Semifinals, before they finish with the Pipe Masters champion to be crowned around midday Hawaii time
At least he'll be there for the party. Then 8 days to chill Hawaiian style and be home just in time for Christmas.
