| I asked for an upgrade on my cable, so I could get more channels, and they are coming here. I am just curious why they are coming. I already have cable. Can't they upgrade it from their office, or do they have to upgrade the hardware as well? |

| Do you already have a box? If not that is what they are doing. If you already have one maybe the upgrade does HD as well so you need a different box. |
