both games are NTSC-J and would seem to be Korean region, which play-asia.com says is compatible with US region xboxes in both cases, however, they are not, so if you have a US xbox do not buy these games.
If you have a Korean xbox and are interested, I'd ask 45,000W for ACII and 15,000W for Bioshock, or buy both of them together and get the discounted price of 55,000W.
I'm in Namyangju, I'd prefer to exchange in person if possible. The best places for me to meet are at or near Jamsil/Gangnam or Cheongnyangni, if you need to meet in Seoul, but I'm willing to travel further, within reason.
