On a contract is it normal for the starting date to be the actual date arrived then the ending date the day before a year later( example June 27 2009 to June 26 2010),especially when your ARC card shows an expiration date of the same ending date of your contract?  I am sorry,but I forgot to mention that I am worried about not getting my severance pay. |

| Yes, it's normal. Always been that way, 5 contracts so far in Korea. |
