I just found out there's going to be a Muse concert at Olympic Park in January. Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Nov 19th). It appears that all the ticket information is in Korean, though.

During my school holidays too. After seeing the prices for the upcoming Guns n Roses concert though (132,000 won), with the train up to Seoul and a hotel it might be a little rich for my blood. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I hope it's not too steep, I'd like to go, not sure if any of my crew would want to go though, so if it reasonable and you want another awesome guy joining your group let me know.

Ticket information is finally up. The prices are actually quite reasonable. You're welcome to join my posse, yeti, but we're likely getting seats so we'd have to buy the tickets all together. This may be possible if I can trust your self-evaluation of awesomeness. Msg me asap, if you want in.

So would Muse actually be starting at 6? This is critically important. I could take the ktx to Seoul Station sometime in the early to mid-afternoon. How long does it take to get from Seoul Station to Olympic Park? I'd love to go to this show, but if Muse is actually taking the stage at 6pm, that might not work. If the doors are just at 6 though, and then there's an opening band, and Muse doesn't actually take the stage until 8 or 9, then I could totally make it.

Anyone with experience seeing concerts in Korea who could shed some light on this?

I'd say Seoul Station to Olympic Park, including the time it takes to walk from the station to the concert hall, would be at least 45 minutes but probably not much longer.

The English website that someone posted has the concert going from 8-11. So I'm assuming doors at 6, Muse at 8? I think I can make this.

Does anyone know about an entry time limit on standing tickets? I asked my co-teacher to get my tickets and she said you have to be there at 6pm or they won't let you in...

The problem is that now my girlfriend has to work until 6pm so we won't get there until 7:30pm. Does this mean that she cannot go now?
