Hi,
I've been having trouble with my laptop, it charges very very slowly. I need to contact DELL support. I have found a number for Korea on the DELL website but i have phoned it twice and got a korean recorded message both times.
does anyone have an email contact for any of the engineers?

A couple years back I bought a Dell (online Korea) and it turned out to be a lemon. That being said, the tech support I received was top notch. They did the remote access thing to attempt to solve the issues on numerous occasions as well as sending out a tech at least 3 times (Jeonju). I think they use contracted techs for house calls. In all, I wouldn't buy another Dell in Korea but the tech support was quite good. |
