Hi everyone!
I know there are some folks out there with good information about living in Bucheon and Daegu.
I must choose between a public school position in Bucheon and a public school position in Daegu.
Please HELP! I have no idea which one to choose. Please give me your insight about living in these locations.
Thanks for everything |

| Bucheon is just outside of Seoul, and near Seoul. Daegu has a very small expat community, and to be honest, it's quite a boring city at times. If you want variety, and never want to be bored, come to Bucheon. It's a decent city, and right next to Seoul, where there's never an absence of fun. |

I agree. I lived in Taegu for two years and although it was big, it was also boring and lacking many of the amenities I needed. I would go with the satellite cities of Seoul every time.

| I would recommend Bucheon. I have lived in Bucheon for 1.5 years. You can easily go to Seoul, takes about 30 mins by bus to get to the night life area. Since I have first arrived in Bucheon, the foreign teacher community has grown alot! You wont have any problems meeting other foreigners here. My girlfriend is from Daegu and she said told me that Koreans from Daegu can be nasty to foreigners. |

| I voted Bucheon because of its proximity to both Seoul and Incheon, so you have your pick of which major city to spend your time in. Also, a flight out of country is closeby, with Incheon International Airport right around the corner. And if you prefer to stay in Korea, the KTX lines seem to feed Seoul. |
