You can use Shinhan Goodmorning, or Etrade Korea. There are others but not all of them will allow you to trade on the NYSE if that is what you want. These two will. Here are their webpages:

There are no discount brokerages here in Korea that I know of. Best of luck to you. |

You can set up an account with Samsung financial. It is $0 to open an account with no minimum balance. I hope you are savvy with Korean, because they only have a Korean based trading platform. Otherwise you can place trades over the phone with people who speak English.
Here is the website in both Korean and English. Call one of the guys at the bottom left of the English page, and they will get you on the right path.

cheers for these sites lads, this is pretty much what i'm after as i wanted to set something up over here for the korean stock exchange. I've already got one in the UK for the FTSE. thanks again! |
