Does anyone know where to get things like stuffing?? Is itaewon my only hope?

Do you realise that 'stuffing' doesn't have to come from a box? All you need is stale bread, onions, and poultry seasoning (which is basically sage, thyme, and a few others though those two will be enough.) Let bread get stale overnight by leaving it out of the bag, break it up into cubes in the am. Cook a bunch of onion in LOTs of butter till they're transluscent, then add bread and spices, mixing all together.

If you're putting it in a bird then you're good to go, but otherwise you should bake it in the oven, or cook over a low heat on a stove-top in a covered pan / pot.
