Any clue where I could find fabric dye in Seoul? Dongdaemun, and where specifically in Dongdaemun if you've seen it?

I got some at an art store a long time ago. It is the old style stuff-powder. You mix it with hot water and cook the fabric on the stove or microwave. I haven't ever seen cold dye.
