|
|
Hi, what are the best Korean-language airfare sights you know of? I don't mean travel agents, but sights you can directly search for flights/book them without calling anyone.
I best I know of:

Though I've only booked with the prior one, not the latter. Any others you've found to be particularly good? |

Nexttour.co.kr and toptravel.co.kr are decent sites, similar to onlinetour.
Depending on where you're travelling to, travelg.co.kr is another option. I found they're best for east/southeast Asia, not so much for Europe/NA. It's a K-backpackers'/discount site, but don't do online reservations, you search their prices, then call them and book over the phnone/bank transfer. You can also post a message and they'll get back to you. |

| Thanks, I'm checking all three of those. All seem great to have. |

hey bbb, i've got a question.
i got a korean friend with so-so english to help me with a reservation on onlinetour.co.kr. after registering me for the site, we succeeded.
so now the reservation is made, but on the confirmation page she said there is no way to pay right now. she seemed pretty confused by it, and said maybe they need to confirm the reservation first. then she had to go in a hurry after getting a phone call.
it says at the top of the page i must pay before 5:00 on 12/31, so that gives me some breathing room to figure it out...
any experience with this? i was hoping to do a bank transfer from my korean bank account, but can pay with a credit card if need be.
any suggestions or advice is appreciated! |

| i had the same problem. if the tickets aren't immediately available you're placed on a waiting list and no payment information comes up. give them a ring before the deadline and they'll confirm whether or not the tickets are available... |

whypaymore.co.kr has the cheapest rates I've found for flights.
It actually one of the more easier ones to use, and I figured how to use it by using google translation (long process but it works).
If you can't see the fares after submitting, you have to change your regional settings to Korean on your P.C. |
