It's done in Korea.
They tie a rubber band around your left arm,
then insert a syringe in an artery just below the elbow,
untie the rubber band, you can see your blood welling up in the syringe.
You can look away and think about pleasant images,
and have have it done before you know it started. |

| It's done at practically any hospital, on a walk-in basis. I wouldn't worry about it. |

Make sure they wear gloves. Make sure you see them take the gloves out of the box / package. Make sure you see them take the vaccutainer needle out of the package. Please. Watch them do it. If you don't, you could die.
This isn't just a Korean thing, you need to do this in the states too. If you didn't see it happen, it didn't happen. |

| You will need to get the blood test done in Korea when you get over. However, I would get one done before you go, just so you don't have any surprises when you get to Korea. I don't think that being in Korea and being deported for having a disease that you didn't know you had, would be the best way to find out. |
