Another upcoming new year for waegook moaning... What are they gonna complain about in 2010? I can't hardly wait.

My friend, Dave's ESL Cafe has many positives. I have learned about a great Turkish restaurant here in Gangnam, I've found interesting advice to deal with immigration, and I've met some interesting people via this site.

A lot of people do give good tips about certain cities and different schools. It's normal that some people will whine.

Again, have a great new year, folks.

You realize you just did a bit of moaning yourself there? Wink

Thanks Enrico and Happy New Year to all as well.

You know, sometimes, it would be nice to be able to comment who is posting good things out there instead of just going after the bad guys.
We see plenty of positive things out there. There is a much nicer vibe out there from posters; it's noticeable. It's normal to expect some whining from expats anywhere in the world or in life.

A big thank you to most of you for being great posters.....

Happy New Year, Enrico!

You know that I'm an angel. Come on. You know.

So what are your new year resolutions?

(don't ban me don't ban me don't ban me don't ban me)

Seriously, though.

Well, Moe, since you asked:

1)Good health, wealth, and love for the family, mods, and friends.

2)A more positive environment on Dave's. Well, it is more positive, generally, but some people are still taking cheap shots at each other.

3)Some more great parties where Rico is at and be blessed with my friends.

4)More things done to make expats feel at home in Korea.

And for you to have a Happy New Year..... I see lots of positive posts.
Remember, we're volunteers who do this apply the TOS and for the good of expats. Thanks for the reports.

Thank you,

'Rico

I thought about mine:

1) Be more aware of my surroundings:

When I walk into a building, know which way back the street is, etc. and North/South/East/West. Many times it's hard to tell where you are in a building. Know this. You know? Take an elevator, etc.

Bearings. It's amazing how we take things for granted. If we're more careful, blah, blah, blah.

What's the "Moe" thing about? What do you think that's about? Jebus, I just don't know what people are up to these days.
