I am headed back home in a few weeks to the US, for a visit. Where can I get travel insurance here in Korea, as a US citizen ?

I understand that you can buy travel insurance at Incheon from AIG.

Most insurance companies will not sell you travel insurance if you are visiting your home country. When I went back for the holidays, I had my gf call Samsung and AIG and they both said the couldn't sell me insurance for that reason. I ended up buying my insurance from world nomad and set my home country as Korea.

I heard from a guy that knows a guy that heard from another guy.... that if you type words into search engines like.... I don't know... google... you can find answers to lots and lots of questions.
