Has anyone encountered this when trying to upload videos to youtube? Why cant you upload? Any special reason?
본인확인제로 인해 한국 국가 설정시 동영상/댓글 업로드 기능을 자발적으로 비활성화합니다.
We have voluntarily disabled this functionality on kr.youtube.com because of the Korean real-name verification law.
Any help would be appreciated |

Yeah I've had this problem before too. It also won't let you comment on other videos, it gives some error about Korean government real names policy or something.
The solution is simple. At the bottom of the main page it says current location and current language. Beside it you can click on show locations and change your location to somewhere else. |

| Cheers. That did the trick. But when I uploaded, they immediately blocked it worldwide. What!? They cited copyright. Its an alternate ending to Terminator 2. Im not posting the entire video! |

Easy to get around this problem. The IP adress is blocked, simply use a proxy server such as PHP proxy or other simular program will work just fine! |
