I want to apply for a single-entry visa via hikorea.go.kr, but am having trouble finding out my user ID. I lived in Korea in 2007, and signed up then. I have just returned and have a new ARC (not sure if the number is different). I tried to register again with my new ARC, but it said the number is already in use, but it won't let me find the new ID. I click on the green button and nothing happens.
I phoned 1345, but they were of no use.

Anyone else have this problem? Can anyone remind me the style they use for ID's and maybe i can remember mine (is it your ARC number, email, etc.?) Do they require the passwords to have a number in it as well?

Thanks
