Does anyone know of a reliable A/S center in Seoul that could help repair my laptop with an English operating system? The make is Acer.

I believe there is an issue with the operating system and I haven't got everything backed up so there are some really important files I need to recover first: this is my foremost concern.

I will probably need to reformat the computer again after recover the said files.
