I never received my one Christmas package this year, and have been antsy about it. (I'm sure others are in the same boat). If it's lost it's lost, I guess, and there is probably no way to track it (it was sent slow mail from Canada). But I found this online, is it worth contacting any of these numbers? (Don't know if they would speak English, but would struggle through in Korean).

Go to your local post office with a Korean and make a big complaint. They are pretty sensitive to customer complaints. If it was sent recorded this will also help.

It recently happened to me and they were bang on top of it and really worried it was making them look bad (some ajumma picked my package up from the post office claiming it was hers and they didn't check her ID; she had two of my packages in the end.)

Certainly raising a stink will make them bang on top of anything coming in the future so it's worth doing for future parcels.

Also it may be worth going to every apartment that has the same number in your block of apartments as that is a common one.

I was also told that the post office is more careful if you ask for it to be delivered to a university or public school address as they are legally required not to ______ it up.
