ok, i've been trying to find a gym that has a dreadmill that has an incline, but so far none of them have had them. i always ask why, but the gym people don't usually speak english very well and they just say "no incline, no incline". what's up with that?

Maybe because they don't have any dreadmills to begin with.

What on earth is a dreadmill?

Is it a flour factory that everyone fears working in?

I looks as if Tiff should get on the Hooked on Phonics.....

Or perhaps he was being funny... Confused

Dreadmill...Treadmill...he hates Treadmills hence the "dread".

Then again, perhaps he just can't spell.

You mean the machines with a belt that allow you to walk long distances without actually going outside? Every time I have used one in Korea it had incline. Keep looking. And keep experimenting with all those funny buttons labelled in Korean.

Tif, maybe this is a case of an accidental prolonged misuse of a word. Don't worry, I swore blind that a lion was actually called a giraffe, until my parents and the school finally convinced me I was wrong, at the age of 5.
If they hadn't, I'd still be saying, "my god, those giraffes have really got sharp claws" every time I watch discovery channel.

I think they have a lot of dreadmills in North Korea, probably get a great workout in one of those...would never have to diet again! Wink

The sauna in Hamilton Hotel has 2 or 3 hidden behind the lockers where you put your shoes.

Also, there are lots of health clubs all over. Ask a Korean.

There's always California Fitness in Myong-Dong and Apkujeong. Lots of treadmills there, but the place is very expensive...

i call a treadmill "a dreadmill" because i don't actually like running inside, hence the term "dreadmill". i guess i should have clarified, sorry! anyway, i would rather run outside, but the pollution in seoul is killer, so i need to a treadmill.

btw, not that gender matters, but i'm a she, not a he! Smile
