|
|
Hello,
I am looking to move out of my apartment near Apgujeong station and would like to find someone to take over the lease. I am currently paying 950,000 won a month with a 10,000,000 won deposit. The utilities rarely come out to more than 50,000 - 60,000 a month.
It is a studio apartment approximately 10 pyong in size. I would say that it is a typically rectangular room. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, stovetop, fridge, microwave, queen bed and mattress, 20-something inch television and stand, desk, vanity mirror and stool, shoe closet, and a dining table and chairs. These all come with the apartment.
The room also has a large storage area that is separated by sliding glass doors. The washing machine, closet, and clothes hangers are in this area. The bathroom is moderate in size and has a full stand-in shower with sliding doors (real separation from the toilet).
This apartment is on the ground floor of a small apartment complex, so it is very easy to access. It away from the street, so there is little to no outside noise coming in.
The apartment is conveniently located in a residential area about 1 block from the main road of Apgujeong station.
I will post pictures shortly, but if you are interested, please contact me through private message or by phone at 010.6534.3846. The apartment is available as soon as possible.
Please ask/call/message with any questions/inquiries. |

I'm paying 800,000 + 10 mil down for a 2 bedroom in Dogok-dong.
I know Apgujeong is expensive, but it can't be more expensive than Dogok. That is pretty steep for a 10 pyeong room. |
