The reason I ask is because I've been severely underwhelmed by every Korean website I've used.
I've taken a look at the site, and I saw a ticket I might buy, but if it's anything like my experience with KEB's Internet banking that everyone raves about, I think I'll pass.
And I'm not computer illiterate, I just don't see the point in jumping through endless hoops to complete (what should be) a simple transaction.
So if you've done it, is it relatively straightforward and not too time consuming?

Thanks

I haven't looked at it for awhile or ever actually purchased a ticket on them, but I believe you have to apply to be a member of Skypass in order to use the website. If that is not the case, then it should be really easy.

both Korean Air and Asiana have horrible booking engines.....at the least the English versions.

Infact there is a website called Flyertalk (frequent flyers of various airlines) who are writing to Asiana about their crappy website.

no problems on the Korean version side of things of course
