Besides knowing what he looks like, I don't have much familiarity with Gumby. But I'd imagine the show has a few fans around here.
Clokey also created that Christian David And Goliath cartoon, with the boy and his talking dog. I have kind of odd, vaguely unsettling memories of watching that on quiet Sunday mornings when I was the only one awake in the house.

Laughing at that. Illogical, malicious, mentally ill, stupid.
So humourless and rigid in ideological purity that I cannot even quote Eddie Murphy without its generating a sneer from the usual suspects along the usual lines.
