| I've been playing around with Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1. It's pretty neat software. I used the option to read JFK's inaugural address to allow the software to analyze my speech patterns. It's VERY accurate. I'm not to lazy to type, it's just a fun piece of software to fiddle around with. |

Yes. I do all my work...usually chats too...with DNS10, Preferred. Gets better as you use it. I moved it to my portable hdd so that I keep the memory of my speech in one location as I work on 4 different comps.
Good time saver that is.... |

You guys might want to check out English Central. I'm working to develop the teacher's side of things there. (you can sign up students, track them etc... still developing all this). http://englishcentral.com/teachers
The guys behind EC are from Nuance (those who developed Naturally Speaking through Speechworks). Check it out and comments/feedback appreciated for developing it for teachers.

Never ever going to refuse a drink!
We should have a teacher's only forum set up shortly, for teachers to discuss the use of EC and share hints, how to use, videos that work, opinions, wishes etc....
