I'd like the opinion of dave's dedicated teachers. i want to know which coversation books you feel are the best for teaching middle school students who are between high beginner and high intermediate.
i've found that many of the intermediate conversation books are more appropriate for university and adult students covering topics like jobs and dating. are there more age friendly books that cater to the teenage mind?
would love to hear some opinions on this from the experienced eslers here. |

I use " Tell me More" by Andrew Finch. I also use Small Group Discussion Topics by Jack Matyre with my advanced students. For low level classes I use a combination of The Oxford Picture Dictionary and Side by Side. I also use the Side By Side Powerpoints I downloaded from EFL Classroom 2.0 |
