I worked the entire year at a hagwon. I finished my contract and received many of the things promised. However, I did not receive my plane ticket home, which was listed clearly in the contract.

Who do I talk to about this? How do I go about getting what was promised to me?(Any government agency) My old boss, now working at a new place, does not seem interested in providing me with it.

contact the labor board. Quite a few people on here have used them and they`ve been pretty good. I`m sure once the labor board contact your boss it will give change his mind.
