[nomad-ish]

i've had my cell phone for a couple years now, and although previously my cell phone would just run for however long the money in my account lasted, for the last while my phone expires every month. that means i have to put more money on my phone each month. i don't mind this, but today i was sent a text by my cell phone provider when i added more money which seems to indicate that i already have money in my account.

my co-teacher is on vacation right now so i can't ask her, but does anyone know why my phone would expire (i can receive incoming texts, but send none) when i have money in my account?
