I have a prepaid phone and a one-year contract with KT. I recently lost my phone due to a hole in my pocket, and talking to an agent they said I cannot receive a 'new phone' and have to cancel my contract? I really don't understand what is going on with this situation...in the US if you lose a phone they are MORE than happy to sell you another.
