This is for anyone with back pain.

There is a Korean Chiropractor in Songdo who does great work. He's not registered with the American Chiropractor society (or whatever they call it). Rather, he is registerd With ACKA. He also is trained in Sports and Thai Massage. The guy is good.

I mentioned him to a few friends, who all have had chiropractic treatment in either the States, or Australia and they think he's awesome. I don't think he's real busy and he's a nice guy who could certainly use the business.

His English sucks but thanks to my buddy Crockkpot, it's getting better. Anyhow, if your interested, shoot me a PM and I'll give you directions

I agree, he's been fantastic for me on an athletic level. My experience with massage in Korea and in Thailand was that it was sort of ham-fisted and damned expensive in Korea.

Teacher Ko, as he preferes to be called, was working on a specific point on my back, left the room for 10 minutes and returned to that exact spot withoout any groping around. I also like that he's not insulted if I tell him I don't care for cervical manipulation. No worries.

I put him on Facebook to help him out.

Of course I forgot to tell how to search him on FB. "Ko Chiropractic and Message Therapy of Incheon".

Yeah, I spelled massage wrong and can't fix it now. Dumb on so many levels.

Here we go again:

Just to be clear to go to a Korean Chiropractor you would need to find someone who is #1 Korean #2 attended a Chiropractic school.

You sir or madam have found a Korean person that performs manipulation and have made a big mistake thinking that has much to do with Chiropractic.

The nervous system is a very complicated thing and is the very important to your health. Chiropractors study for years to understand complex relationships and patterns of the nervous system.

I can teach you in a day or two how to make bones go crack and then like Korean manipulators you can hang a sign out and treat people. They won't know the difference and will enjoy the relief the get from your practice.

What they won't know is in the long run the body will probably have detrimental effects because this guy has little idea how a nervous system functions and he is effecting it.

Please be nice and change your title. Chiropractic is a profession ,it's not a technique and yes some chiropractors crack bones but they know when and why to do it.

I went to so many manipulators in Korea and asked them to explain why and when to move a bone and not 1 of 50 I asked had a clue.

To be a Chiropractor you must go to Chiropractic school. Ask the guy to show you his degree and it must be in English and from another country as Korea has no Chiropractic school.

I just write this for the people who deserve to know the truth. Don't let some Korean manipulator near your spine.

I know how to tell who knows what they are doing and I will let few people work on my body and Korean wanna be fake manipulators will not get even close to working on my spine.

If you understand the asian mentality of face you will understand how these guys are masters of appearing to know what they are doing without the dedication to quality that real Chiropractors have.

In the west that is why we have degrees and proper licenses so the public knows that the person is trained and is safe.

Korea and some other asian countries still choose the smoke and mirrors methods.

Go ahead save 20 bucks have your pain and tension taken away- it works short term, but I dont have 20 pages to expalin the long term problems this will cause you.

Please change your thread to " good cheap Korean manipulator" or bonesetter as they are really called.

Massages are cool I just get funny when people call something Chiropractic that is not.

Nerves control muscles- so if you want to really fix the problem eventually the nervous system needs to be reset and that what Chiropractors do.
