I would just like to know if anyone else is having difficulties getting through to Dain Baek or Lee, Ha-rim from GEPIK.

I know it might still be vacation time for some, but you would think that there would still be a contact for native teachers on-hand.

It seems that GEPIK isn't doing anything at the moment. My recruiter states that the coordinator is on vacation and that I won't know about any jobs until between the 20th and 25th. Now, I don't know about you, but wouldn't you want your teachers in place a month or two in advance of the new semester so that all involved can properly prepare? Or, we could do everything last minute, because....

It makes it damn hard to prepare things on my end with an end date for work and getting the things I need ready.

Welcome to Korea! The land of the last minuteness.

You'll get used to it after a year or so.

Been there, done that, still don't like it. Been back home for a bit and realised how nice organisation is.
