I'm not talking about a simple mouthwash and was told by my dentist not to use Listerine (antiseptic). I was using Crest in America.

Any good ones here that you would recommend? I'm tired of having yuck mouth.

Listerine mouthwashes are recommended by the American Dental Assoc. What was your dentist's complaint? This might also apply to Korean mouthwashes.

Do you use a tongue scraper?

My dentist said that the way my teeth are that using an aniseptic would be wrong.

I've heard this is one of the best ways of fighting bad breath.

I heard using mouthwash makes your breath worse in the end because it removes the good and bad bacteria and causes the bad bacteria to "get angry" and come back quicker like there's a battle going on in your mouth. It's probably better to just get enough water and brush your tongue with your toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, my personal favorite is Arm&Hammer. I've been using it since I can remember and I've never had a cavity.

What's this I hear about toothpaste not having fluoride? A friend of mine recommends that I pack 4 tubes before I leave... just so I have the 'right' kind.

I think your friend is trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

That would be nice; that would mean just one less thing I have to pack.
