so, i am not really that smart when it comes to tax-related things so maybe by now you have heard that now, foreign workers are to be taxed (as Koreans are) on 100% of their earnings...

i would love to know what people who know about such things think about this, and what the ramifications are (if any).

also, at my school they told us last year to spend at least 20% of our income each month and to either keep cash receipts (if we use cash) or use our debit cards. what is the reasoning behind that? has anyone's school said something similar? apparently, something happened 2 years ago where one of the teachers (whom always used cash) got screwed by the taxman and had to pay back a lot of money.
