Sorry, wasn't sure where to post this....
I am already working in Korea with my wife. Her brother has been offered a job at our school. He has graduated from University. The problem however, is that his University is not printing the diplomas until the summer and the job begins at the end of Feb. His University claims they have a for for VISAS because of this called a 'Pre- Convocation Certificate'. They claim that students can and have used this to obtain a VISA in Korea. He also has a letter from his Dean stating that he has graduated. Does anyone know if this is something he can use with Korean immigration? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
