I got this inversion table for my birthday in December. It has been awesome and it really helps to stretch out my back. I am hoping to get rid of it because we are moving to a new building and there is an inversion table in the gym in our building so I won't be needing my own personal inversion table. My back has gotten so much better since I have been using it. You can even do inverted sit-ups if you're hard core at working out. (I am not even close to being that hard core.)
This is the link from where I got it. http://gen.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=130365068&pos_shop_cd=SH&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T&keyword_order=inversion+table&search_keyword=inversion%20table
I'm asking 150,000 since it's practically brand new but I will take reasonable offers.
I am located in Haebangchon near Itaewon. I'm pretty sure it can fit in the back seat of a cab though I am not 100% sure. |

If you have back problems this will help you tremendously. Unlike lying on the side of a mountain.
I know that an inversion table is an unusual purchase and probably not something that most people will want but after sleeping on the rock hard beds here in Korea and sitting in itty-bitty chairs at my kindergarten, my back has gotten f*cked. I went to a chiropractor but he said that it would be 400K just for the first month. I didn't have the time or the money to do that three days a week. So, instead, I got an inversion table. I would say that it has been just as beneficial as the chiropractor that I went to in the states.
It works better than I thought it would. The reverse angle really works to pull and stretch your back out and my hips have never felt better. Right now I have a bad cut on my ankle and I can't use the table.
