I live in America. I want to buy something from a Korean site. They actually had the option for overseas credit card, so I tried my Visa. Didn't work. I tried my American Express. Didn't work.

What are my options? Thanks in advance.

Generally Korean retailers do not tend to accept American Express. Also they may accept foreign credit cards because of the fact that there are many foreigners residing in Korea long enough to shop online, but that does not mean they will be willing to ship overseas as vice versa many American retailers do not ship overseas but take foreign credit cards. Have you made sure that the site you want to order from are willing to take up the overseas shipping? And if they do, then contact the customer service center via email and ask for assistance. I have a Cap One credit card and it works fine, but then again I'm ordering from within Korea so I guess that doesn't validate the situation. Good luck.
