Hi all,

Was just wondering if you could give me some advice on a problem. My friend lost her mobile phone about a month ago and advised her school who let the mobile phone company know it was lost (apparently 3 days later). However during this period some douchebag got hold of her phone and made 800k worth of international calls. Now the phone company say she has to pay it and I said I'd call them for her but really just wondered if anyone had been in this situation before or if there is an independent 'union' type figure that I could contact for her.

Tell her school to deal with it. Since they procrastinated.

You gotta get a Korean to do it.

Next time, if there's a next time, tell your friend to just ask anyone to call the phone company immediately.

Frankly, someone will have to cough up the 800K, cos the phone company didn't know immediately the phone was stolen.
