|

I bank at KB, and I need to send a specific number of Euros to a Danish back account for grad applications. Is it just a matter of determining the exchange rate and sending the correct amount of Won, or will I have to purchase Euros here and send them. I know it seems like a silly distinction, but it might make explaining it a lot easier.
If so, can any branch do that, or is it just the bigger branches? any info would be helpful. |

Just go to any KB Branch and let them know the exact amount of Euros to be sent. They will calculate the exchange rate and then you will pay the amount in Korean Won..
There will be a few extra charges too!
Make sure you have the IBAN code and address of the bank to send to..as well as ID!

Just have the Iban number and bic swift code for the bank account in Denmark. I also needed my passport number.
Tell them at the bank how much Euro you need to send and they will convert and transfer to the account in Euro to Denmark. They will do all the work.
I don't use Kb bank but I'm sure they'd do it. |

I thought Denmark still used the Danish Krone, not the Euro.
Anyway, what they said is good advice. |
