I assume you need hosting in Korea because your main target audience is in Korea? If so, your choices will be dismal. What I'd do is, learn how to administer a site without a control panel (through root/ssh) and use this service.

If not, you can look at hosting based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

If your main audience isn't in Korea, then you should host it elsewhere.

Why not just use a hosting company elsewhere? My readers are generally residents of Korea and I have never used hosting in Korea. I'm currently using JustHost with out any problems. It's cheap and seems great so far. Support has been very fast for the small issues I have had. Website loads fast. I was with HostingPlex (our of Toronto) for 4 years, but over the past 6 months my site seemed to be down everyday.

Scroll to the bottom of the main page and look for 'Secret Link' to get 20% off JustHost. I was with FatCow for a few days and it also seemed very good, but had to switch as they did not allow me to run cron jobs (I wanted to automatically backup my SQL databases.), otherwise they seemed great.

I recommend Internet Brothers too.
Many Foreign companies in Korea are using their service.
Excellent support. As a matter of fact I wonder if there is
any other reliable hosting company giving proper English support in this country Confused
