I have a friend who is interested in getting just a short term summer camp gig.
He will be graduating in May, is white, and probably will be TEFL certified by then.
Where can I find these jobs, and what are the usual qualifications that get people into these jobs? Also, are the benefits similar to other year round jobs? |

I don't know that many that offer C4 visas anymore. Around March they will be advertised all over the place. Dave's being one of the places. Typically around June you'll get the camps that couldn't find anyone or had people drop out.
You should know they don't pay for airfare, or if they do, the pay is pretty much half of those who pay their own airfare.
Out of the 3 camps I've done only 1 had C4 visa teachers, and that could be because it was a crappy camp when looking at hours vs. pay.
The other two camps were E2 with permission, E1 with permission or F2/F4 holders. |
